Refund policy
Last updated October 19, 2026.
This policy explains how payments, cancellations and refunds work for DayTradingSoftware subscriptions.
All payments are final
Subscription payments, monthly and yearly, are final and non-refundable, except in the situations listed below. Please review the plan details on the pricing page and try the one-time sample scan before you subscribe.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel at any time in the dashboard under billing settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal. It does not refund the current period, and you keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Moving to a lower plan also takes effect from the next period and does not create a refund.
When we do issue a refund
- Duplicate charge: you were charged twice for the same subscription and period. We refund the duplicate.
- Unauthorized charge: you show that a charge was made without your authorization, for example by someone using your card without permission.
- Complete service failure: the service was completely unavailable to you for the whole paid period because of a fault on our side. We refund that period.
Partial outages, data delays, dissatisfaction with results, trading losses, unused usage limits or forgetting to cancel before renewal are not grounds for a refund.
Requesting a refund
Write to [email protected] from the email address on your account within 30 days of the charge. Include the date and amount of the charge and a short description of what happened. We reply within one business day, and approved refunds go back to the original payment method.
Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. When you subscribe, you ask for immediate access to the service and acknowledge at checkout that you lose the right of withdrawal once access starts. If you did not give that request and acknowledgement, the statutory right of withdrawal applies.
